General Conditions 

As a guarantee for the scientific event’s quality, we wish to put in evidence the fact that the 10th International Conference in Physical Education, Sports and Physical Therapy – ICPESPT is organized, for the first time, by four Romanian Universities( ( )  : Alexandru Ioan Cuzaˮ University of Iași, ERASMUS partnership  with “Firat University” of Elazig, Turkey” since 2010

  • The heading must be written in MAJUSCULE and in BOLD by giving briefly the clear purpose of the subject.( Times New Roman 14 Punto ) 
  • Each author’s name who will be mentioned in the abstract must take place on the Abstract Form. The names must be written in the given boxes respectively as follows; first the surnames then the initials of the names of each author should be mentioned. A full stop must be placed after initials. ( Times New Roman 12 Punto )
  • The name of the presenting author must be underlined.
  • The name of the university, department and the city must be indicated. ( Times New Roman 11 Punto ) 
  • The abstract must include the following      

      OBJECTIVE : Clearly state the purpose of the abstract.

      METHODS: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects clearly.

      RESULTS: Present your results in a logical sequence in text, can include max. 3 Table and illustrations  with high resolution.

      CONCLUSIONS  Emphasize new and important aspects of the study (perhaps as a discussion section) and the conclusions that are drawn from them.

      Key Words: Maximum 5 Words

  • The abstract muste be at most 300 words.
  • The abstract must be typed in a font size of 12 Punto  and in Times New Roman 
  • Type of the presentation (Oral, Poster) Language ( English,Turkish )  must be marked on the form.
  • Abstract must be write topic list 
  • Presenting Author must be write contact and address in ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM 

. Reviewing

  • The Scientific Committee will review the abstract.
  • Abstracts will be evaluated by at least two referees (blind-review) and all reviews will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee. The accepted Abstaracts  that were retained for review have to be reevaluated before publication to verify the completion of the referees' assignment
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to presenting author one month prior to the congress.
  • It is the responsibility of all submitters that all studies are performed with respect to national legislation, international legislation and ethical guidelines both with regards to humans and animals. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any submitted abstract that is believed to violate these principles.
